Think Big or Go Home

Many people contact me with ideas about how to market their business online or how to visually represent their business on the web. Some of the questions I get are:

How can I sell more on the web?

How can I get a better ranking on google?

Does social media really make that much of a difference?

Blogging seems like a waste of time, is it?

These are standard questions from people who haven't done their homework. Its not frustrating to me but I must admit there is a huge difference between people who are motivated to succeed in business and those that just take a more chill attitude. I am part of group one, I must say because when I decided to open my business I did weeks of research into how to best construct a website for a service like mine, how to market my business to a new market segment and how social media could help me achieve that.

So my philosophy in business has always been to "THINK BIG" What's the point of starting a business if you are going to play it safe. I love to step out of my comfort zone and try new things whether they succeed or fail, and believe me I have had some failures, but look at me now.

Out of failures some of the most amazing lessons take place. So when i take on a new client I have got to make sure they are as serious about making it in their business as I am. I have turned away really lucrative opportunities because the business owners were very negative and pessimistic.

So to answer the questions above, just in case you are wondering.

1. You can sell more on the web by having a strategy in place utilizing the best marketing tools around. Am I going to tell you what these tools are? Nope that is my skill set and why people utilize my services.

2, You can get a better ranking on google by having the correct coding in place and by having another strategy in place where your site is not stagnant. There is a bit more to this as well, but why spill all my secrets.

3. Social media is the marketing tool of the future, and if you don't utilize it you will fail online.

4. If you think blogging is a waste of time, then you are missing out on a great opportunity to highlight your business and your services.

So if you are thinking about starting a business or if you have a business that has become stagnant and you don't know why, give me a call and let me see how I can help you.
