What's Your Story? The Power of Blogging.

So I wanted to write about the Power of Your Story in the Success of Your Online Presence on the worldwide web. Many of my clients had believed from outside sources that Blogging and writing about their business story was passe and outdated but after working with me I set them straight.

Blogging and becoming a Subject Matter Expert is the best way to build your brand, your presence and you client allegiance. Google loves Blogs that are titled well with good content and you will see from the stats below why I am always pushing my clients to Find Their Blog Voice.

Some Things to Think About Blogging

Blogs have been rated as the 5th most trusted source for accurate online information. (source)

Companies who blog receive 97% more links to their website. (source)

In 2017, 66% of marketers reported using blogs in their social media content

Companies who blog receive 97% more links to their website. (source)
Websites with a blog have tend to have 434% more indexed pages. (source)
Blog articles with images get 94% more views. (source)
The average word count of top-ranking content (in Google) is between 1,140-1,285 words. (source)
Featuring a blog as a key part of your website will give you a 434% better chance of being ranked highly on search engines. (source)
Small businesses that blog get 126% more leads than small businesses that do not blog. (Source: Think Creative)

Personal stories that are relevant to your business can increase client trust and then this shows in increased sales.

So my point is this, if you are in business you have to be in it to win it. You have to think outside of the box to attract new markets and keep old ones. Blogging especially with the Wix Platform is so easy and so SEO friendly. You need to be committed to your companies success and if you just can't seem to find the time to blog then you will over time lose SEO rankings in organic searches.
